The Linn Klimax loudspeaker range is the culmination of an intensive period of acoustic analysis and development which spanned over two years. Significant playback breakthroughs resulted from this period. The Aktiv servo bass system, 3K Driver Array, drive units and their crossovers have been extensively re-designed and improved to deliver a level of clarity and detail commensurate with Klimax. The result is pure audio perfection.

The Linn Klimax range perfectly complements the highest performance stereo or multi-channel music and movie systems. The fully integrated Aktiv floor-stander, bookshelf and centre channel have Linn’s patented Chakra amplification cleverly housed within the cabinet for a high performance yet simple and neat solution. The requirement for fewer individual components not only makes Klimax loudspeakers more visually appealing, it is also more efficient than traditional active designs - superior in every parameter through simplicity. The Aktiv servo bass-reinforcement loudspeaker completes the range to provide full 5.1 playback. A passive variant of the floor-stander is also available for use with external power amplifiers.

The exceptional performance of the floor-standing model is further enhanced by a new stand design. The stand is plasma-cut and machined from a single piece of armour-grade steel plate to provide rock-solid stability, and echoes Glasgow’s long-established ship building roots.

The Linn Majik 6100 power amplifier takes advantage of the 3 decades of design innovation and technological advancement that have happened at Linn.

The Majik 6100 takes the signal from the pre amplifier and boosts it so that it can drive the loudspeakers.

Linn understand the importance of keeping the music signal pure and unaltered during the amplification process, the Majik 2100 is evidence of this.

This Linn Power amplifier uses the Linn SMPS (Switch mode power supply) which regulates and converts the mains voltage, the SMPS also removes the need for a large transformer, also removing the acoustic noise that they can create.

The Majik 6100 is partnered perfectly with other products from the Linn Majik range, including the Majik CD and Majik Kontrol pre-amplifier.

Linn Komri - The Ultimate Loudspeaker

The Komri is a extremely high performance loudspeaker which incorporates many design features that all come together to set a new standard of high performance audio monitoring.

Linn's Komri is a five-way loudspeaker that used soft-dome technology for the mid and high ranges, the drivers are mounted in an optimised acoustic array, which results in an exceptionally natural sound.

Linn Active Servo Bass technology is incorporated into the bass drive system giving the Komri a bass response that stays uniform to below 20Hz.

The gain of the bass on Linn's Komri can be adjusted to allow for different sizes and shapes of listening room.
